Hi Senior's,

Need valuable inputs' from your side.

As i stay in London for a year and unable to get a PCC due to loss of documents which required for PCC .

Now i am willing to hide this period of time while submitting for PR.

Present passport is a renewed one and no information about London journey, At the time of Passport Submission to CI for four weeks , Do immigration officer check by previous iternary.

Seniors guide me to overcome with this problem to fulfill my migration dream come true :)

Guide me before i proceed further ............

Have a nice day to all

Hello..

well..getting PCC from anywhere is a big pain. Hiding some part of foreign travel is risky. As far as I know, newly issued passport has all previous passport details. I do not know if passports are checked for verifications. And i am sure visa offices are aware of sort of things like what you are going to do.

One of FSW applicants had an issue a bit similar to yours. He travelled out of the country and stayed over four years. during this four years, he got new passport as his first passport was damaged. what he did was he only mentioned half of the period which was stamped in his new passport and applied for PCC from that country. by doing that, he ignored to mention two years of his foreign travel in his application.

And, he never confronted any difficulties and got the visa.

So a decision is for you to make if you are going to omit your travel history or not.

Wait for seniors' suggestions and wish you good luck!

i would reccomend not to hide travel history since they have all required systems and if they do check your one which i am sure that vo are doing due to over all prevailing secuirty situation than you will be risking ur PR app.

I can understand your problem, but do not hide anything. They will ask for old passport or have access to previous travel history as well.

Dear Itsakif,

As advised in earlier postings, don't hide your travel history. There is a chance of Visa Officer call for your all passports (new and expired ones) just before stamping of visa. And they have at various points, remind that not to provide false or misleading info.

So try to get the PCC at all means or explain the situation to a lawyer. All the best.

Jeby

Do NOT withhold any information regarding your travel history.Put the exact details as required. If for some reasons you are completely unable to get the PCC,write an explanation letter thereof detailing the reasons.

Hi Ice Cube, would you mind tell me if the person trying to hide half of his stay in a foreign country had a new passport showing the old passport number or not? thanks for sharing
