I have got a mail from "IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca" to submit my passport within 30 days. Since Corona virus scare is going on, do you know what would be the processing time and should i submit passport to Canada from US? Any thoughts
I am facing the same issue. March 11th, my wife was sent an email to submit her passport in the Philippines and she has 15 days. She went to the post office and they said it would take 3 weeks to be delivered to VAC.
I filled out the IRC form and send an email to the Manila Embassy.
Any other advice? Should we send the documents or hold onto the docs until the coast is clear?
