Passport scan

Seeking advise plz

1. Do I need to scan all pages or only the bio page? (No Visa stamped)
2. Do I need to scan my old passport pages also?
3. In my old passport, I had my mom's name wrongly spelled which I got it corrected. That passport is no more valid as I got the corrected one.Do I need to upload this also?

Use online pdf compressors, the file size will reduce.
