Hi, I need explanation please. I collected my passport from the visa office after application for study permit but the passport was returned without a visa alongside a note that stated a mail has been sent to my email address. However, I have not gotten any mail. I was also not requested to do media cal exam before my passport was returned. Does this mean my application is still being processed? Please help as I’m confuse..
