I have applied for temporary resident visa on Nov 17th. I sent the passport to Canadian consulate, it was returned back on Dec 15th requesting to sent to VAC center. It has been 30 days since I applied. I called VAC center and they said they cannot accept passport since application is expired. What is the next process?
