passport return via VFS Doha and tracking status

submitted passports to ircc abh dhabi via VFS Doha on 11 augut.
our cic acc showed visit visa approved , countetfoil generated with visa no expiry & all on thursday 17 sept
Still no update about passports being dispatched from Abu dhabi kn VFS Tracking.
how long does it take to get the passports back??
anyone pl advice
