My wife has an US visa for visiting the states. She has a job and thus, has a 10 year visitor visa to the states, and it's up for renewal, I am not sure how difficult it may or may not be to get one if and when she is approved for PR.
Now, we have been asked by the HK Visa Office to submit her passport. Here is the question, should we get her US visitor visa before or after we submit her passport?
