We received the request to send original passport for my wife's father and he is planning to fly around april 10. His country is Russia. Several years ago we could send the passport directly to Canadian Embassy in Russia, but now we have to send it to VAC in Moscow and they send it to Embassy. How much time it takes for the Vac to send the passport to Embassy and return back to us? Will my father in law have enough time to get his passport back?
