Passport Request - Processing time with the passport

Hi, my girlfriend received the PPR for TRV (extended family member), application trought IRCC Portal.
copy of PPR letter

She needs to go to the Qatar VFS Global center to give the passport.

Anyone know the average processing time before she gets her passport back? (she needs it for her job)
