Passport Request Instructions

My wife's PPR photo instructions look like they're the same instructions as in the PR application, I thought they were supposed to be passport photo instructions, not immigration photo instructions right? Or does it not matter? Do I just go to the photo place and tell them, I want passport photos?

Never mind, the instructions had a link to another page that had the same specifications as the one in the PPR. Thanks everyone, and hope you all have a speedy PR process.
