We have received passport request from Canada's PR process and I was wondering how to send the passport to them from US? I have tried UPS and they said they don't do international shipping from Canada to US. I called and FedEx and they do it. But in Indian passport it says you can not send it to outside of the country via mail. How did you guys mail it to Canada or did you go to a local office of CIC to get Visa? I am in New York and they have an office here but I am not sure if that's where to submit. Thanks for help.
