Passport Request from Buffalo Office ( In Email )

Hi,

I just saw an email requesting for passport.

I just would like to know if anything specific to be taken care of while sending Passport.

USPS mailing service is ok to send Passports ? or any other suggestions.

Do I need to submit all my old passports - I have 3 of them or just New one ?

Any of your inputs is highly appreciated.

Congratulations! Consider using a trackable method with signature required (USPS offers it as do UPS, FedEx, etc)

Send the passport that is quoted in your form and attached the request letter from CHC .
