Passport Request for Visitor Visa Application made within Canada

Hi guys, I applied to renew my visitor visa after getting my PGWP approved. I got a request for passport on October 29 and I sent my passport November 12. I checked the tracking and it says that it was received and signed for by SCI Martin on November 14. I have called IRCC twice since then to confirm that they received my passport but the agents said they don't see any note about receiving my passport on my file. I have a flight to catch on December 15 and it apparently takes 2 weeks for them to process the passport. I don't know what to do because I am worried that the passport won't arrive in time.
