Passport Request for visa after completion of Medical Test

Hello

I applied for PR through the Quebec Skilled worker Program

Completed my medical test and already submitted report on August 2018.

5 months already and am still awaiting for the Passport Request.

Any specific reasons for such a long awaiting timeframe.

I did medicals in May 2018.
