I got a PP request email from VFS yesterday (after submitting my medical report on 27th nov. ) . Does that mean I'll get my study permit, In Sha Allah ?

aaaahh .. thanx bro , i was/am really worried. Heard that even after medical request , they refuse visa. And today I heard that, after medical report check , if they want to refuse visa, they just dispatch the decision , they don't ask for passport ( Canadian High Commission, Singapore ). Is it correct ?

which country are you from ?
it seems that more than 20 days have passed since u submitted your medical report so, I would advise you to contact your local VFS / CVAC immediately

In Bangladesh , there are no categories like SPP or any other. There is just one rule under which one can apply for the study permit and the same checklist for every bangladeshi students. so i guess it's General category.

Profile :

*University of New Brunswick ( Bachelor Of Science Mechanical Engineering Degree )
* O levels ( 'A's in science subjects )
* As Levels ( Disappointment )
* GED ( 74 % , top 15% north american highschool student's equivalent/or more marks in 3 subjects )
* IAS ( Australian board certificate in 3 subjects )
* IELTS 7.5 ( L: 8.5, R: 7.5, S: 7 , W: 6.5 )

in my SOP, also mentioned about getting admission offer at Mount Allison University ( Bachelor Of Science Major in Physics )

problem with that is that it is indicated that normal processing time for Philippine manila is 15 weeks
it is also indicated that they will ignore emails about status of application if it is within normal processing time

i see.. then I guess it is a normal thing in your country to take long for hearing any decision. All the best
