Passport Request After Medical Expired

Hi,

I just received the passport request, and my medical expired 4 months ago. Will I be asked to redo medicals after this point? The email says nothing about medicals. Thanks!

Most likely your medical validity was extended by your VO. You would have been asked to redo medical before PPR if that wasn't the case.

Call CIC and check with them right away.

Yes , They May ask you to do medical again ...

As a heads up , plan the things and book ur Dr appoint...

According to the CIC , you may get PPR request again , when new medical test is cleared ...

i did the medical after PPR request and the instruction from visa officer...

Thanks! I am trying to estimate the visa expiry date so I could plan my landing. If they request a new medical, I will have a full year from the new medical date. Is that correct? Thanks again for your input.
