Hi. My parents and I received a passport request letter after 11 days of doing the biometrics in the Philippines. I have the following questions:
1. Any couriers will accept this?
2. Do I have to ship our passports separately?
3. "biometric fee paid online via IRCC portal already includes the package transmission fee" This means I don't have to pay the courier? I'm planning on shipping it via courier and also get it back via courier.
