Sorry, I don't speak your language. But you have to send an e-mail or a case specific enquiry to your Visa Office with a photocopy of your new passport showing your picture/DOB/name/passport number. And you could send it via regular mail as well.

I would do both just to be safe, this is what other members had recommended me to do! Have you applied Outland or Inland? What's your timeline?
