Passport renewal after getting ITA

Hi,
I submitted my profile 4 months ago and I am expecting ITA soon. My passport expires in May 2020 and I want to submit for renewal.

1. If I get new passport before ITA can I update passport information in express entry profile
2. If I get ITA and don’t get my new passport, can I upload old passport and send them both old/new passports when PR is approved (I don’t want to wait to get my new passport as I have 60 days to get medicals done and submit documents)
3. If I get ITA and new passport, can I upload new passport.

Any help is much appreciated.

2. You can upload new passport via Webform as soon as you get it instead of waiting till the PPR.
3. Yes and explain in Letter of explanation
