Good day, my passport was recently rejected because they were not satisfied with my financial resources. I have a part-time job on campus, I paid my tuition plus there is extra money. I passed my medical exam and did my biometrics. Will this increase my chances of getting my permit quickly

What do you mean by your passport being rejected? Do you mean to stay that your study permit application was rejected?

If so, please provide the exact refusal reasons you were given and also provide your full profile.

sorry about the error.
the exact reason is :”Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.”

I’m not too sure how to provide my full profile

How much in liquid funds did you show? What is the program (years and total cost)?

How much of a bank balance did you show to in your application?

I showed R275000 for tuition including residence.
R70000 in savings account.
a job which I accepted that pays$15 an hour

What currency is this?

It will be easier for everyone if you talk in CAD since everyone on this forum is more or less familiar with it and can give advice more easily.

Also, using a job offer (if I understood your post correctly) as proof of funds won’t work since IRCC wants to make sure you can afford to study in Canada without a job.

That is true.
i showed $21021,42 for tuition
And I also showed an extra $5492.62
Plus I secured a part time job on my campus which pays $15 an hour

How many years is the program? So you paid first year tuition and residence? That is not nearly enough in your bank account? It is $10k minimum.

You can’t show part-time job. You need to show that you can afford to study without a job. Plus you can’t count “future” income. Saying you secured a job is a red flag.

So you need to increase your liquid funds.

21k may be enough for tuition (depending on the program) but isn’t a whole lot for tuition + living expenses. Where do you plan to study and what program? How long is the program?

See my comment above re on-campus job.

The intended part-time job cannot be used as a source of funds, and it does not even pay you nearly enough for your upkeep while in Canada.

What program are you coming to study? The course needs to be worth spending all your life savings on. Will it give you even better job prospects once back in SA (i.e. recover your academic investment and more?).
