Hi Everyone--I am just putting everything together to ship off to Mississauga by courier this afternoon, and I realized that once I put one of my four passport photos onto Form IMM 008 Generic that I am missing one of the four photos it requests at the the end of the checklist.

Has anyone shipped it with only three loose passport photos attached, or do I need to go down and get a fourth shot made. It will require another photo session and fee, and I hate to do it if it is unnecessary. By the way, for those of you getting your passport photos get 9, and you won't end up in this situation!!

Thanks for everyone's thoughts regarding this matter.

I don't think you are supposed to attach the passport picture to the form. Can anyone confirm?

Eeek! And I did a really good job of it, too, and attached with wood glue instead of a glue stick. Perhaps, that is why they wanted four?

Does anyone ever have a nervous breakdown trying to get all these details correct?

we sent PR standard photos, not passport ones. Don't know about your country specifics, we had to send 8 of those. We put in a separate envelope.
Hope this helps.

I sent ours in the little folder they came in from the photographer. I didn't attach one to the first page either.

According to the checklist I have (N.America) they are the last thing that come in the packet. I left them in the envelopes they came in and put them at the end of the packet.

And yeah, you have to have all four.

My husband (applying through the US) had to get 5 photos taken. 1 to give to the Dr during the medical and 4 to submit with the application. Make sure to check your region guide.

In my application, I attach all 5 photos in an envelope with their names, relationship to applicant, date of birth.
None attach in the forms itself.

I think the original poster was asking about the "passport type" photos that are required for making the PR card, etc....not the "proof of relationship" photos.

I had to have four pics for the doc and an additional four for the application itself. It's the application photos that they use to make your PR card if I'm not mistaken.

4 or 5 depending on the doctor PLUS 4 for CIC with application depending on where you are (in US, 4)
So you are right sbwv09. My doctor took 4 pics out of 5 for medical.
