Passport pages needed for PR

Hi,

I have two blank passport pages and they are not facing each other. My application is pretty close to the end now, it's been 3 months since i applied. Do I need to get a new passport or will one blank page suffice for the stamp they put in for PR. I am indian and applying in Canada.

They ask for 2 blank pages but they do not specify if it has to be two consecutive ones. Perhaps you could try to email/call and ask?

I can never get through to speak to an agent. My other issue is that I would like to leave the country to visit home and I am scared that a customs/immigration officer at the airport will stamp on one of my blank pages before i am able to send it off for the PR visa.

They used just one in mine, why would they need 2?

I'm not sure. I saw a friend's email and it said 2 blank pages.
