Passport out of delivery 3 days

I sent it to CIC Ottawa mailbox. But When I tracked the mail: out of delivery.
It is 3 days since it shows out of delivery, and I asked the Canada post. They told me no one take the mail. It is in the mailbox.
So could someone help me check it plz!!! I need it. I booked the flight to another country. I cannot enter without my passport.
