Passport Number printed wrongly on eMedical information Sheet

Hi,

It will be really helpful, if some one can let me know if this will be an issue and what has to be done from my side.

I have done my medical and clinic issued me eMedical information sheet.

In Identity document number my surname is printed instead of passport number. I checked immediately and asked clinic clerk to correct it, but they were not able to do it.

They said, they will send an email to eMedical confirming my passport number.

However, on eMedical information sheet i requested clinic clerk to correct it with pen and sign it with stamp.

What should be done by my end, will this be an issue in my application process?

i am not sure about this case , but what i noticed is that IME number is unique to each person ( we got that number printed in our form which received from NDVO office for medical ). Once IME got generated for each one , IRCC will get alert seems.
