Passport not yet posted back after stamping.

Hi,
My passport is already stamped on last November 28. Still they didn’t send it. How long it actually going to take? I do have a flight for coming Friday. And is an emergency.
Can anyone help me with this? thank you.

Why not follow up with the VFS where you sent your passport?

I requested in webform many times. They told me I need to wait. Then, I called them on customer care and they told me it’s already stamped and they cannot do anything. So, basically I cannot contact them directly. I am so helpless.
