Passport not dispatched after applcation being approved

I had applied for temporary resident visa and was have submitted my passport. The application was approved since a week but I haven't received my passport yet. The problem is I am flying tomorrow and need my passport very urgent. If somehow it is dispatched in the morning, I will get it by evening making me able to travel.
Can anybody help???

You will get it only when they send. So call them or go directly and collect from there, telling its urgent as my flight is tomorrow.

I called CIC and they wont tell me the address or location where passports are printed saying its confidential. I tried emailing them and they said the file cannot be expedited, however its already approved and printed and just sitting at their office.

Then you have no choice, cancel your flight and take whatever refund they give or ask them if it is important to have original passport or photocopy or something will do.
