We sent our passport on 09/05 to ottawa through Fedex from Michigan to Ottawa. On 09/09 it was received at Ottawa address. However, we received email stating that passport missing but other documents like photos, Annex form, return envelope were received. We are still not able to understand how this is possible. There were four passports and all of them are missing. However all other documents were there. We have lodged complaint and investigation have started. However any suggestion/opinion/guidance will definitely be helpful.
