Passport issue

Good day sir/madam, I was deported from Canada 1 year ago because i filed for a refugee claim that got denied because i wasn't bisexual or gay. But before i got deported or even ordered deported i got married to my wife who now has my son. we own properties and did everything together while i was in Canada. we filed for permanent resident and got approved and since then we have been waiting for cic to return my passport, they said that they have to get authorisation to have me return to Canada then they will send my passport back to me. do you know how long does these authorisation ? thank you

how long has it been since you gave them your passport?

Generally speaking the ARC process takes 3-8 months. However it's quite individual and it's possible yours may be processed faster.

It's been 6 months now since they have my passport, January 24. So I'm just waiting for them to return my book right now
