Passport for new born baby on Visitor visa

Hi Everyone,I am here in canada on Visitor visa with my wife and our baby is born here in Canada.We are going to apply for his passport in canada.The form contains a Guarantor section who should know us from last 2 years and should be a canadian citizen with age over 18.We dont qualify for the guarantor what should We do to apply for the passport.

It’s a case of birth tourism, but anyway, you can convince someone who you know (Friends, Relatives) who are Canadian Citizens and tell them to be the guarantors
