Passport expired after getting Approved for visitor's Visa. Can I message IRCC to extend the 30 days to submit my new passport?

Hi guys .... My visitor's Visa for Canada just got approved after 2 years, I got a Mail to submit my passport before 30days. But the problem is that my passport has expired just in the process of renewing my passport which can take 2 months before getting the new passport. What can I do please advice?

Yes send them a webform, you can upload proof that you already started the renewal if you want
