buddy its very simple procedure ..

Before your passport expire please contact indian emabassy in canada and apply for passport renewal .. if you dont .. they you have to justify it .. that you forgot and all that shit .. but some time they understand and some time they feel that you did this to stay in canada as refugee so it might black mark on you .. so better go with legal procedure and fill up the application for renewal ..
