Passport dispatched

Applied on 17th of January 2017 and got SMS that my processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office Cairo , on 22th of January 2017

Only 5 days (3 working days)

On the processing times it says 5 weeks

Is it that fast to get the visa issued or something went wrong ?

Dis u get approval email on your registered email id?

If yes, then your file has been acceptes. Otherwise, I fright that it may be refused for some or not reason.

I applied paper-based not online
I understand, it did not take much time
and from the start I did not receive any email till now.
I will receive my file tomorrow hopefully
