Passport dispatched from vfs delhi

Hey guys
I had applied under non spp after a refusal under spp
On 5th dec i gave. File at vfs delhi

My passport has just been dispatched

Is there any1 who has got thier status changed ?

How much time does the approval mail take to come?

You can say it is on the way.
I got approval letter in email just one night before the day I got passport at my home.
