Passport dispatched but still not received any decision co fermation

I applied visitor visa for canada on 17th April'19 to attend friend's birthday(Sponsor).i applied offline file.

After 4 days I got sms that decision envalope has been dispatched. But i haven't any email regarding visa.

I am confused.....

Do you have the tracking ID from VAC/VFS? If yes, you can the bluedart courier (if you have taken the service). Please read below;
