I would like to ask if anyone has info on applying for a passport while holding a valid RTD. My question is if the application is like applying for a new passport or like a renewal process because one already holds a travel document?
New passport. in the section asking if you have been issued RTD before you have to answer Yes. You have to send the RTD together with application form.
