I have searched the internet for this but I can't find a response to my questions.
When you apply for a passport by mail
1. If you mail your documents using the Canada Post express (or any courier) with a tracking number, do you select a signature upon delivery? The official form doesn't say if you should or should not request a signature upon delivery.
2. How are your documents and your passport mailed back to you? Do they just mail it back to you using the plain letterman without any tracking?
3. Do you need to staple your documents? The official form doesn't say you can or cannot.
4. Can I fill out some sections by hand and some by typing? my guarantor will sign it in person
