I want to find out if anyone had been in a situation where passport and visa are expiring before study permit. Study permit have existing passport number on it.
My niece passport and visa are going to expire in Nov 2018 but her study permit have been issued until Sep 2021. Her study permit has existing passport number.
I want to find out which option she should go through when her passport and visa expires
Option 1:
-renew passport and then renew study permit. Later get visa stamped on new passport based on new study permit.
or
Option 2:
- renew passport and then get visa stamped based on existing study permit
Please advise.
