Passed medical in system but got a medical surveillance letter ....please help very worried

Hi,
Can someone please help me I am freaking out right now.
I was asked for additional medical due to a scar on my lungs. The repeat X-ray came out clean , as in the same no change, and then the sputum test was negative. After these results came out , the online system changed to medical school have passed.
However today I got a letter from cic dated a week ago saying I have inactive tb and that I will have to go through surveillance . They recommend I get it done now since I'm in Canada already but then the form attached says I have to report within thirty days of landing for surveillance . Since the medical school are already passed in the system it means my ppr issuance won't be stopped until I get surveillance now ? The thing is I want to go home as soon as I get a ppr and I would want to go for surveillance once I'm back.

Please anyone can give me information about this I am panicking

Hi there, i have got the same letter and have same situation like you. I am in Canada as well, i got the doctor appointment in end of september month and i am really worried is this medical surveillance is going to effect the PPR ? Online shows its passed ?

I already got the ppr......I called up the number given on the for, they sent n the voice mail said that I would be contacted which I've not been....so I will just wait till landing n then wait for a letter of appointment to arrive .
I've already sent my passport fr stamping the visa after getting ppr. What about you? How did u get the appointment
