Every case if different.

In our case, we married after a short time, but had known each other a longer time. We didn't supply any communications proof at all. We supplied a few letters (4: 2 notarized, 2 witnessed by a notary), 75 photos (everything from family BBQ's, to outings, to fishing trips, to our wedding and our honeymoon). We have reached second stage, and they told us (through our MP) that they are ready to make a decision, once my wife re-does her expired medical. No additional document requests, no interview requests.

So, I think every case is unique. You cannot paint them all with the same brush.

I understand and agree with you that each case is unique and different. And we are talking about this case and in general situation. If you have that many red flags, you better be prepared. Also, it depends on which country the PA comes from. If you come from those countries that has a lot fraud cases, then you know what I am talking about.

Wife is Russian. First experience in North America is with me. And yes, there is a higher than normal amount of younger females from that region who do try to get into Canada by means of fraud. Her first visit took 2 hours in secondary before CBSA called me and finally released her after a bag search.

I am not convinced that this case has that many red flags to be honest. It's surprising what evidence people overlook that will solidify the application. So, I am not totally convinced that this would fail. If they do their homework, and have the evidence, they'll be fine.

First question in line, do they have 75 photos involved in all occasions like yours? It seemed not. Second, per the OP, they were not in some intimacy relationship when they were together, "we just live at the same address" as she said. And per the check list, they do need provide three out of total 6 documents to the CIC to evaluate, and I bet they don't have those. All I am saying is for the good of the OP, be prepared, just in case the swing goes to the wrong direction to against her.

Again, the same brush. I prvoided my example as proof that, you don't necessarily even need chats or cimmunization proof.

The OP rhymed off some proofs. Probably without checking document requirements or suggestions.

@OP: my suggestion, as I've stated, is check to see what CIC wants for proofs and requirements. Then do your best to collect those. Many do it, so it will likely work out for you.

Anyway, best of luck!

While they may still get through without the same proof as other cases and while every case is different -- it is safe to say that things will go smoother if they have good evidence and if they are careful not to rush things. I know people who have been accepted with a lot of "red flags" and I also know people who have been declined for almost no reason after sending in as much proof as we did (my husband and I) if not more. You must do everything you can to show that your unique relationship is genuine and sometimes that is a lot easier said than done. To the Original Poster of this thread, make sure you "do your homework" and provide everything you can possibly provide that can prove your case. If you need any advice as to what we provided, I would be happy to share it with you. Good luck! :)

we are at second stage to but they wanted proof of relationship so we send everything from cra, cards, pis, Facebook charts, benefits cards, bank cards;dl,health card, lease, penison plans, ckc register plus vets stuff everything and profiler is right
