Partner a Canadian Citizen for business

I have family in Canada which all of them are already citizens. I was wondering if I partner one of them and start a business or buy a already registered business will make me eligible to apply for any type of visa that will allow me, my wife and my 2 kids to move and live in Canada for running my business?

The answers is NO. Setting up a business or invest in Canada does not quality you to live here permanently. You may live few month under visit visa (max 6 month). To live permanently you have to go through immigration process.. You should consult with an experienced lawyer for options for you to quality for immigration in Canada possibly under Quebec Investor program..
