So in that case, I worked more than 20hrs to compensate that

Planing not to work next week as I am worried because I crises 20hrs rule

It is 20 hours a week. You can’t work more hours one week and no hours another. So don’t work more than 20 hours.

There is no ”compensating” the hours. What’s done is done. If it is only 10 hours, I wouldn’t worry about. Just don’t keep doing it.
