Part time work experience

Hi Friends,


I have 5 year experience in the nominated job, and I have also 2 year part time experience which is not elegible occupation according to NOC List. Do I have to include my part time experience and its certificate as well,even-though it is not relevant to NOC

That is upto you. If you include the certificates for the part time experience, you can claim additional point for work experience from that work. If you don't want points, then no need to include the certificates for this. Although it is a good idea to include a coverletter mentioning the same.

YOu get a maximum of 15 points for work experience of 6 or more years in the last 10 years in NOC categories O,A, or B. So in order to claim points, the work experience doesn't have to be in the list at all. As long as you qualify with a minimum of 1 year experience for the nominated NOC in the list, you can claim points for experiences in NOCs other than the nominated NOC or those that are not in the list.
