part time job - Application form

Hey guys,

I was unemployed for 1.5 years however I was Exam Invigilator every semester (2 weeks job/semester) at a University and I was receiving T4 letter for that, should I included each one of them in the application for? Because it's like 5 semesters, each one for 2 weeks work, and I need to add 5 new lines for 2 weeks job, I don't know if it makes sense to mention them on the form or not.
