Hi all,

Think this will be my final question (lol) I need to know if this is just a checklist or do I need to complete the form 5562 that is with this application and if it does need to be completed than for section B (your spouse or common law partner) do they want to know where my wife has traveled in the last 10 years with me or where she has traveled in general wether it be with me or on her own.

Have a look at Point 14 - Other Documentation

"Persons submitting their application to the Canadian visa office in Paris must complete the attached IMM5562 form, Supplementary Information – Your travels"

From your previous posts, you are submitting to London, not Paris, so you do not send that form.
