I looked for such topic but couldnt find any, So i am starting this timeline for Paris Office.

going through applications since December 2013, not many (from spreadsheets) applications go to Paris or at least not many of those who submit their application to Paris do join the forum (compared to other VO)

I pulled out the applicants information from outland spreadsheets of ( July, June, May, April, and March) and ill continue to update the Paris VO spreadsheet from other spreadsheets (your help is welcomed :D ).

I'm a June applicant! I was disappointed to see that there haven't been too many applicants on here going through Paris, it's kind of hard to know what their average timeline is.

Best of luck everyone!

i don't think it's that there aren't too many applicants (although it is possible the amount of apps is low), i think it's the fact that back in the spring, paris was approving applicants very quickly. there is an outland thread that seems to have stopped posting back in april. it was pretty common in april and may for paris applicants to get approved in 3 months. this trend seems to have changed.

Hi guys
our application is also going through the Paris office. Good luck to you both. as for the last post...since you seem to be very familiar with the Paris office trend..could you kindly tell me what is the usual time for them to reach a decision after an interview.

Hi I am also June applicant I hope the speedy process at Paris VO. I think Paris office don't have too much applications each month so it should be speedy best of luck to all

Hi everyone, i'm a June applicant Family Class Sponsorship.
3 June 2014 application revived, med's done 15 of May 2014, 29 July SA received and file transfer to Paris ( since we live in Spain that is our VO)
On 7 of August we received an email from Paris saying this :

Dear Applicant:
We are pleased to inform you that the processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is nearly complete.
- please complete and return the attached form by Email.
Yours truly,

CANADIAN EMBASSY
IMMIGRATION SECTION

FRANCE

The form is IMM5562
I send it several times since their mailbox was to full to receive any message, finally i could send it and i send it thru normal mail so i can be shore that it gets there and they don't loose it.
We didn't got any response back and the Ecas is saying Application Received ( medicals received ).
I hope VO Paris is fast and we get Decision Made sometime soon.
I just thought to share this with you.
Good luck everyone .

Woohoooo got my second AOR from Paris VO this morning wow what a great start of day feeling great n happy hope it I'll be process very soon thanks to my dear Allah.

Did anyone else get AOR from Paris? I haven't heard anything from them yet ... I wonder if "medicals received" is done in Mississauga or the VO?

Usually the 2nd AOR comes a few days before Medicals Received.
Though I believe the first office views the medical, nothing is posted until the 2nd office receives it. (Please correct me if I am wrong, folks!)

Some VOs don't always give an AOR, but it is often posted within 2-3 weeks after the first AOR/Sponsorship approval if you're going to hear about it.

Somebody from Paris in the June thread had their PR approved in 89 days. They received their Visa on September 2nd.

I did not get AOR until I requested it. It would be the VO....If I recall good, "medicals received" popped up a week or two after they approved me for sponsorship.

I looked up today and it said " We started processing your application on September 25, 2014. "
im " IN PROCES " yaaaYyy . :o ;D :o ;D

Paris office is extremely efficient and very fast. One of the best offices of CIC.

Even our parental sponsorship was quick at Paris, eventhough website stated 51 months!!

Whoever has their application processed by Paris is very lucky

I recived an email today from VO Paris with the decision made, interview waived. Paris is moving faster than we've expected. ;D

congrats to everybody who had a good experience with the Paris office. As for us, we had an interview on june 20th and have not heard nothing till now. 3 days ago i send a case specific enquiry because this waiting is was so hard and 2 days ago they send us the refusal letter. that is over 3 month after the interview. I wonder how much longer would they take if i did not send the enquiry.
