Parents withdrawing sponsorship

I am 18 and a temporary resident in Ontario, I am here under my mom's visa. We moved here from Brazil 2 years ago. After an argument last night she has locked me out of the house and is threatening to have me sent back to Brazil. I am wondering if anyone can help clarify some of my options. Do I need to talk to a lawyer asap? Thanks

She cannot force you to return to Brazil - however your status here is dependent on her visa. So if it's ending soon, it may be difficult to extend without your parents' support.

When does your stay in Canada expire?

If you are 18 you may not have arrived with a study permit. If you are a dependent on you mother's visa you also can't work so that puts you in a tough position.
