Parents visitor visa (should they fill up the forms)

Hello,

I want to apply for my parents visitor visa this year.Can anyone please tell me the process? Do i need to fill up IMM5409E IMM5721E and IMM5645E these applications? They also said they need passport (may be for my parents and photo). I don't have their passport or photo with me.Do my parents have to submit these forms including passport and photo to the Canadian high commission of bangladesh(my parents are from Bangladesh)?
