Hi everyone,
My parents' visa got rejected twice on the basis on family ties in Canada (me) and little ties in home country and because they're not convinced that they'll leave Canada after the duration of the stay. The first rejection reason was lack of funds as well so we fixed that and applied again but to no avail. I should have included my convocation letter but my agent was convinced it wasn't required.
My question now is is there a restriction on how many times they can apply for a visitor visa before being deemed inadmissible to apply? Should I apply again with convocation documents or wait for a couple of years and apply with Supervisa. Will applying again put them in some sort of a blacklist due to repeated rejections?
Please let me know your thoughts.
