Parent's super visa - meaning of LICO .. .

Dear All

We are family of me, wife, 2 kids - (6 and 2 years) -- in canada
We wish to invite only MY FATHER (1 person) on super visa

So which LICO income threshold should we be in ? Im assuming '5' ? which includes our family and our sponsored person ? Does this mean that child and infant also have to be taken into account ?
