Hi guys,

I am a canadian citizen and want to sponsor my parents and my 18 year old sibling. I was a co signee for my spouse's parents and their papers are still on the process.

Should I count her parents towards the number of families I will declared on the sponsorship? Like, should we add her parents on top of my parents and my sister? The reason I asked this because I want to make sure that we are qualified sponsors, especially the income from 2017.

Yes, you must include your spouse's parents when you calculate LICO. So assuming you have no children, you have to meet LICO for 7 people.
